Swagatam Tours and Travels formed in the year 1986.

BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
Inbound tours operations and Airlines Ticketing are the main activities of the company.

1. Inbound Tours Operations
Handling FIT and Groups of Cultural Interest Tours, Special Interest Tours, Incentive Tours, Business Travelers Tours, from around the globe with majority business mainly from Europe and Middle East.

2. Airlines Ticketing
Company is Passenger Sales Agent for Indian Airlines and several other private airlines operating in India. Our offices in Delhi & Mumbai are IATA recognized.

3. Transport Fleet
We own Super Deluxe Air-conditioned Luxury Coaches and Cars at New Delhi and sufficient number of cars at all our offices.

NETWORK OFFICES
The Head Office located at New Delhi, the company has three branches located at Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon and Mumbai. All offices are located at prime locations in the respective cities and all offices are fully computerized and equipped with latest means of communications thus giving us flexibility to interact globally.

FINANCIALS
Company has a very sound financial base. Funds invested in office buildings and transport fleets give us a very strong backing and make us capable to handle any volume of activities. Our turnover which was just Rs. 3.00 million in the first year of our operations is likely to cross Rs. 700 million during current financial year. Turnover from ticketing business also likely to increase to Rs. 250.00 million during the same period. These landmarks have placed us among the leading travel agencies operating in our country.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Company has been awarded The National Tourism Award for the fourth time by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, for the year 2002-2003 for outstanding performance for increasing the number of tourist arrivals and for increased foreign exchange earnings in its segment. Received best decorated booth award at Emirates Brochure Launch programme in Dubai for the year 2004-2005. Also achieved best supporting agent from India by Kanoo Group Middle East at ATM Dubai 2004.
