» MOUNT ABURajasthan conjures up an image of an arid desert land but the state has one of the best hill resorts in India. The hill station of Mount Abu, is located atop a 1,220 meter high plateau in the Aravalli hills and though it can be visited any time of the year, the best time many say is in the autumn months.
